PROGRAM

Programs inform, educate, entertain and often help club establish a better relationship with community leaders and the world at large. Good programs help club carry a better attendance and make it easier for Rotarians to bring guests and recruit new members.

Guest lecturers use invitation to talk to club as an asset to establish further their credibility in their field of expertise. Something that is not to be discounted and show how well respected the Rotary programs are for the outside world as well.

The following are recommendation and tips implemented successfully by local Rotary clubs in building better more effective programs for their club and enhance the image of Rotary in the community and elsewhere.

Tips  

Newsletter template: No time for creating a good looking bulletin template? Check in your word processor's library. There is not one (Word,Works,Apple works, etc.) that does not have a readymade template. Just paste in the content.

Website/newsletter: If your club has a website, why duplicate the work. Any good looking webpage prints well too..

 
Success Stories  
Past RI Past President King visit to Santa Fe: .One day, the Santa Club CS director took upon himself to call Evanston and see if RI Past president King would be available to come to Santa Fe and introduce the Wheelchair Foundation project to the club membership. As it happens, contact was quickly made, schedule established and all regional clubs were invited to attend. Past RI President King talked to a full house and was able to raise substantial funds for the project as well..
