This is our district‑wide training session that helps every incoming club leader understand their role and start the year confident and prepared with a simple goal to make your leadership year easier and more successful. You’ll get a clear overview of how a club board works and Role-specific breakout of what to expect in at least the following key positions: Membership, Secretary, Treasurer, Club Foundation Chair, and Public Image.
