The toy shelves are nearly empty……... The children keep coming.

A child arrives at the hospital scared.  Parents pray they could make everything better.  Sometimes a toy offers a moment when that child can smile, play, and forget where they are.

Rotarians across District 5520 have already brought thousands of those moments to children through Year of Cheer. Thank you. But at this time of year, the toy shelves at UNM Children’s Hospital and El Paso Children’s Hospital are running low.

Please pick up new, unwrapped toys today—and invite a friend to do the same.  Ask your club to collect gifts, or find ways to give at rotarydelnorte.org/page/yoc/.

“Let’s make sure the next child who needs a toy finds one waiting.”
